Some key dates for SY2021-22

2021

  • June 21 (Mon) - July 2 (Fri) : enrollment period

  • August 25/26 (Wed/Thu): parent orientations

  • August 31 (Tue): start of classes, SY2021-22

  • December 18 (Fri): holiday break begins

2022

  • January 10 (Mon) : classes resume

  • June 3 (Tue) : last day of classes

  • June 18 (Fri) : Elementary Graduation, JHS Moving Up, AP Commencement

Admissions process

1. submission of application requirements

  • filled-out application form (to be provided by Admissions)

  • child's birth certificate (PSA-certified copy)

  • photo of applicant with clear, plain background

    • 2" x 2" or passport size; png or jpg format if submitted digitally

  • for Casa (primary) applicants: recorded video/s of child, following the Video Content Guide that will be provided by Admissions

  • application fee (for observation, assessment, and processing)

      • for Casa (primary) applicants: Php 1,000

      • for Elementary and Adolescent Program applicants: Php 1,500

Please email all scanned/digitized requirements to admissions@mmcsfi.edu.ph, or deliver all documents to the school.

a. for applicants with previous schooling

  • copy of latest report card

  • for Casa (primary) and Elementary applicants:

    • accomplished Teacher Reference Form (provided by Admissions)

  • for Adolescent Program (high school) applicants:

    • 1 recommendation letter from a previous teacher

    • 1 recommendation letter from principal or guidance counselor

b. some additional requirements for special scenarios

  • for applicants from abroad, all academic records must be authenticated by the Philippine embassy and must have an English translation

  • additional requirement for Dual Citizens: other (non-Philippine) passport of applicant

  • additional requirements for Non-Filipinos:

  • copy of valid Alien Certificate of Registration of applicant

  • copy of passport and current visa page

  • copy of parents' passport and current visa page

  • for Koreans: Original Notarial Certificate

When you've submitted the application requirements, we'll schedule observation and assessment of your child.
