1. submission of application requirements
filled-out application form (to be provided by Admissions)
child's birth certificate (PSA-certified copy)
photo of applicant with clear, plain background
2" x 2" or passport size; png or jpg format if submitted digitally
application fee (for observation, assessment, and processing)
for Casa (primary) applicants: Php 1,000
for Elementary and Adolescent Program applicants: Php 1,500

copy of latest report card
for Casa (primary) and Elementary applicants:
accomplished Teacher Reference Form (provided by Admissions)
for Adolescent Program (high school) applicants:
1 recommendation letter from a previous teacher
1 recommendation letter from principal or guidance counselor
b. some additional requirements for special scenarios
for applicants from abroad, all academic records must be authenticated by the Philippine embassy and must have an English translation
additional requirement for Dual Citizens: other (non-Philippine) passport of applicant
additional requirements for Non-Filipinos:
copy of valid Alien Certificate of Registration of applicant
copy of passport and current visa page
copy of parents' passport and current visa page
for Koreans: Original Notarial Certificate
2. observation and assessment of your child
When you've submitted the application requirements, we'll schedule the on-campus observation and assessment of your child.
